Customer Service Advisor
MotorSport Vision (MSV) is the UK's leading race circuit operator, with a number of related motorsport businesses.
We're currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team at MSV's headquarters, based at Brands Hatch in Kent.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding service to external customers and site visitors
- Handling in-bound sales and general queries for race meetings and driving experiences via email, live chat and telephone
- Providing advice, guidance, support and signposting in person, on the phone or by email
- Assisting with the fulfilment of race meeting tickets and voucher gift packs and other general admin
- Other ad hoc tasks across different departments as directed by the Group Head of Sales and Marketing, including occasional reception cover
- Day to day use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as custom in-house business systems
A successful candidate will have:
- Previous office-based customer service experience
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A passion for delivering a first-class customer experience
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced and varied environment
- A full UK driving licence (essential due to location)
- A knowledge or passion for motorsport (desirable but not essential)

Our working week is 42.5 hours, which is 8.5 hours per day. Due to the nature of what we do, some roles will require weekend and/or event work.
