Catering to the Limit

We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join the Catering team at Brands Hatch circuit.   

We require Cooks, Hospitality Waiting Staff, Kitchen Assistants and Bar Staff with weekend, weekday and evening availability. 


COOKS (fixed term contract)

The Cooks will be responsible for producing tasty, traditional meals of a high quality for the busy Kentagon bar and restaurant. The ideal candidates will have some experience of creating menus, as well as being able to cook a variety of delicious, wholesome foods. Knowledge of and qualification to current food hygiene standards is required.


Applicants will need to have experience of working within a professional catering environment and be used to maintaining an extremely clean and tidy working area.  Additionally they will need to be friendly and outgoing with the ability to communicate at all levels. 


HOSPITALITY WAITING STAFF (fixed term contract)

Working as part of the catering hospitality team, this weekend and occasional weekday position will be based within the MotorSport Vision Centre or Brabham Stewart Hospitality Suites. Candidates will ideally have previous waiting and silver service experience, although this is not essential, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.


KITCHEN ASSISTANTS (fixed term contract)

We are also looking for Catering Assistants to work in a variety of roles within the catering team.  These positions require candidates with excellent customer care skills. Duties will include food preparation, servery, clearing tables and washing up. 


BAR STAFF (fixed term contract)

For this weekend position we are looking for bar staff to work within our busy, fully licensed Kentagon and Hailwoods Bars and Restaurants.  The ideal candidates will have experience of working behind a busy bar. Experience preferred, but not essential as training would be given to the right candidates. 


The key ingredients for the Catering team are:

- Staff who are smart and presentable at all times;
- Team players;
- Experience of working within a similar environment;
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing manner;

- Ability to communicate at all levels;

- Access to your own transport is desirable owing to the location of the venue.


Due to the nature of the business, the successful candidates will need to have a flexible approach to working hours. 


Please note applicants must be over 18 for the Bar and Hospitality roles as serving alcohol may be required.
