Catering at the Limit!

We're looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Catering team at Bedford Autodrome.

Catering Team Leader

The Catering Team Leader will be responsible for managing corporate hospitality and track hire catering for up to 350 guests per day visiting the site. The role will include responsibility for staff management, recruitment and training as well as purchasing, stock control, budgeting and hitting profit targets.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a high quality busy catering environment, be conversant with food hygiene regulations and have appropriate qualifications. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation is expected. Maintaining an extremely clean and tidy working area should be second nature and a friendly and outgoing personality with an ability to communicate at all levels being essential.

Candidates will need strong front of house skills and be responsible for delivering top service levels, presentation and customer care. Experience kitchen-side to cater for small VIP groups would be advantageous. Basic computer skills including email, Word and Excel are expected.


The Chef will be responsible for producing a variety of tasty, wholesome meals of a high standard for our Corporate and VIP hospitality guests. Applicants will need to have experience of working within a professional catering environment and ideally have capability for creating suitable menus. 

They will be conversant with food hygiene regulations and Health and Safety legislation, stock control and menu budgeting. Maintaining an extremely clean and tidy working area should be second nature and a friendly and outgoing personality with an ability to manage kitchen staff and communicate at all levels is essential.

Waiting Staff

Candidates will ideally have previous relevant experience, with keen attention to detail and a professional, smart appearance.  They will enjoy a fast paced environment where they need to be quick thinking and proactive. They will have exceptional customer care skills, be friendly, outgoing and natural communicators.

Canteen Staff

Providing a range of healthy food for our staff is important. Candidates need to be able to prepare and present varied dishes. A breakfast and lunch service needs to be offered. This is an all-in-one role covering every aspect of food prep, cooking and clearing-up too. Suitable experience required.


Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates for all four of the roles above will need to have a flexible approach to working hours including Saturdays and occasional bank holidays
