Donington Hall Estate
MotorSport Vision (MSV) purchased the freehold of the Donington Hall Estate in 2021, comprising Donington Hall itself, former office building Hastings House and the Lansdowne workshops building. The estate is set in 28 acres of grounds next to the MSV-operated Donington Park race circuit in the East Midlands.
MSV is currently developing the spectacular 1790 Grade II* listed Donington Hall property into a superb 49 bedroom hotel, reinstating the historic association with the Donington Park motor racing circuit. The hotel will be a haven of relaxed luxury for all motorsport enthusiasts and is planned to open in 2025. MSV is also transforming the adjacent Hastings House building into the state of the art Donington Hall Motorhouse, which aims to be the UK's most prestigious stabling facility for supercars, classic road and racing cars and motorcycles.
