Arriving at the venue

Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff members are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disable toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.
Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
In recent weeks various sporting events have been targeted by protest groups. There are potentially lethal consequences from entering a live motor racing circuit, so we urge everyone on site to be vigilant this weekend. If you see something suspicious, or someone acting suspiciously, please notify a member of staff or a steward immediately.
Disabled toilet facility
An accessible toilet will be available on Sunday. This includes an adult-sized changing bench, hoist and a friendly attendant. Please bring your own sling if you wish to use the hoist. See https://www.revolootion.org.uk/ for further information.
No dogs/animals permitted on site
No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact us via [email protected] to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.
Scooters/bicycles – prohibited in public areas
Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles, is strictly prohibited within public areas of the venue.
Please respect our neighbours
We kindly ask that all ticketholders driving to the circuit this weekend drive or ride carefully and considerately both when travelling to and leaving the venue.
