This year’s title fight comes down to a three-way scrap between Kyle Ryde, Tommy Bridewell and Glenn Irwin on the legendary Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit, with the champion lifting the most sought-after trophy in domestic motorcycle racing on Sunday afternoon.
Ryde arrives in Kent as the series leader following a recent hot streak of form for OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing, as he bids to become champion for the first time. His main contender is reigning champion Bridewell, who has been hugely consistent throughout this season with Honda Racing UK and is just four points behind. Irwin and Hager PBM Ducati are a little further back but won’t give up until mathematically out of contention!
This weekend’s season will be decided across three final races, with one on Saturday followed by another two on Sunday. Support titles will be up for grabs too, whilst fans can join in with the traditional end of season celebrations as the daylight fades on Sunday.
The points awarded per race have virtually doubled compared to the main season, with a maximum 105 available across the final three races:
