The biggest racing machines in the country are back at Donington Park for this weekend’s Convoy in the Park (9/10 August) featuring British Truck Racing Championship and International Truck Prix races and a full delivery of family fun. Below is all the information you need to make the most of your visit.

Public admission to the circuit is from 7.30am each day.

General Parking
General Public and Disabled Parking is free of charge.

Starkey's Parking
Starkey’s Parking, overlooking the famous Craner Curves, Old Hairpin and Schwantz sequence of corners, is available in advance for £10 per car on Saturday or Sunday. All persons will still require a valid entry ticket. A car hanger will be provided to all purchasers, and must be displayed in your vehicle.

Disabled Parking
There will be a dedicated parking area at Coppice, with circuit viewing available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please present your blue badge when you arrive and you'll be directed to the correct location, via the Coppice gate.

Tickets
Additional tickets will be available to purchase upon arrival at the venue. Click here for prices.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.

All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven't received them, contact us urgently during midweek office opening hours at [email protected]

Print-at-home/e-tickets tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them - your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue. All e-tickets can be printed or scanned from a mobile device; turn up the brightness if you can!

Please have your e-tickets downloaded ready for scanning on arrival to speed up entry into the event.
Pre-registration is not required for season pass holders, who should present their passes on the gate as usual.

Camping
There are a limited number of camping pitches still available for this weekend. The campsite will open at midday on Friday 8 August and close on Monday 11 August. Facilities will be provided to the relevant passholders during this time.

Adults are £43 and £27 for Teens (ages 13-15)

You must purchase a camping pitch ticket for your party. A camping pitch may contain up to 6 people. We still have availability in the Yellow Zone, (6m x 6m). Each pitch is £15. 

The Outfield Campsite is located just outside the race circuit, and just a short walk to the paddock. On arrival please follow the roadside signage to the West Entrance to reach the campsite on the Heritage Loop, where you will be greeted by our campsite team and issued with the relevant wristband. Click here to view a map of the campsite. 

Programmes
Official event programmes are available on the gate, the Megastore, the Paddock Newsagent, the grandstand and on the infield near to the pit straight tunnel for £8. Each programme contains features, entry lists and details about this weekend's event, plus other useful information.

Food and drink
The Garage 39 restaurant, bar and café will be open throughout the event serving a variety of food and refreshments, while additional outlets will be available in the most popular viewing areas.

Infield access
Access to the infield viewing areas this weekend will be via spectator tunnels in the paddock (beside Garage 39), the Esses and at Coppice.

Grandstand seats
Seating in the Hollywood Grandstand is available for £12 for adults and for £8 for under-16s, subject to availability. All tickets can be purchased directly from the grandstand.

Show Trucks
An impressive fleet of show trucks will be on display around Donington Park, mostly on the infield. Around 1,000 trucks will be in attendance during the weekend and visitors will be able to get up close to each and every one.

Exhibitors
A range of exhibitor and trade stands will be in attendance this weekend with the biggest truck brands you can think of all showcasing products and vehicles. Click here to view the location for traders on the map.

Live Action Arena
The Live Action Arena at Convoy in the Park will be packed with adrenaline-fuelled shows all through the weekend. There will be truck drifting, Blade monster truck rides, a caravan smash, and Drive A Truck and Drift Car experiences. Click here to check the off-track timetable for more information.

Live Music
The live music stage on the infield will get the party atmosphere going from 13:00 on both days.

Kids Zone
The Kidz Zone on the inside of Redgate will include a whole load of activities that can keep the little ones entertained all weekend long, featuring circus skills, bubble display, bouncy castles, bubble show, funfair, helter skelter, face painting, mini monster trucks, Scalextric, dinosaur meet and greets and Transformers meet and greets.

And much more...
There’s a truckload more going on at the event on both days, including BEW Wrestling shows, RC truck displays, truck pull and tug-o-war contests.

Radio Donington 94.3FM
Radio Donington will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend. Earpiece radios will be on sale at the Donington Park Megastore for £12.

Gazebos and other structures
You are welcome to bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others.

Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns.

Here to help
Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.

Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.

No dogs/animals permitted on site
No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of guide/assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] during office opening times to advise if you will be bringing a guide/assistance dog.

Scooters/bicycles – prohibited in public areas
Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within all public areas of the venue.

Drones and flying objects - not permitted on site
The use of drones or other flying objects is strictly prohibited anywhere in the vicinity of Donington Park.

We kindly ask that all ticketholders driving to the circuit this weekend drive or ride carefully and considerately both when travelling to and leaving the circuit.
