Brands Hatch hosts the 55th edition of the traditional Formula Ford Festival this weekend (24/25 October). And tickets are available at discounted advance prices until 4pm on Friday – they’ll be available at full price on the gate too – with FREE entry for under-13s. Click here for more details.

This year’s event is especially notable, acting as a special ‘Centenary Edition’ as part of the circuit’s 100th anniversary celebrations, in addition to marking 50 years since the popular fixture first moved to the Kent circuit. The fixture will also commemorate Roland Ratzenberger, 40 years on from his Festival victory, with appearances from special display cars.

On the circuit, the Festival will offer a thrill unlike any other at the venue, with competitors fighting tooth and nail to progress through a series of knockout rounds. This all leads up to the Grand Final on Sunday evening, in which one clubman racer will add their name to an illustrious list of winners alongside Jenson Button, Johnny Herbert and Mark Webber.

This year’s entry includes several notable competitors, including last year’s victor Jason Smyth, aiming to retain the crown. Other previous winners of the event lining up include Rory Smith and Niall Murray. There is also a competitive outing for BRSCC Chairman, Peter Daly. Click here to download the entry list.

The event will also feature a busy support race programme overseen by the British Racing and Sports Car Club (BRSCC). Click here to view the event timetable.

Tickets for the Formula Ford Festival at Brands Hatch this weekend are available from £17 with further reductions for 13-15-year-olds and FREE entry for under-13s. For more information and to book now, click here.
